Male Athlete of the Week:

Jaden Veluw – Men’s Soccer

 

First-year defender Jaden Veluw stepped into the game early on Saturday due to a ‘Horns injury and had one of his best games early into his ‘Horns career. He was named the team’s player of the game.

 

Sunday, he made his third start of the season and continued his strong play. In both games. He was a continual threat overlapping in both games, created scoring chances in both games and had a great performance in a tough situation for a freshman.

 

Veluw has seen action in six of the ‘Horns eight games, including three games as a starter.

 

Pronghorn men are at home this weekend, hosting the Victoria Vikes and UBC Thunderbirds.
