Male Athlete of the Week:

Brett Silbernagel – Men’s Soccer

After missing the entire season last year due to injury, fifth-year defender Brett Silbernagel returned for his final year of eligibility and has been a stabilizing force on the back line for the ‘Horns.

Silbernagel was a key contributor in the ‘Horns earning points in four consecutive games, doing a great job defending and winning all battles in the air against teams that use this as their strength and provided outstanding leadership in organizing the team from the back.

He also contributed with some very strong offensive runs and was credited with three shot attempts in the two games
