BRANDON, Man. – The Pronghorns were outgunned in Brandon and falter to 1-4 on the season. Meanwhile make it four wins in a row for the BU men's basketball team, after the Bobcats trounced the Lethbridge Pronghorns 101-74 Friday night at the HLC.

Five Bobcats finished in double figures, led by Jahmaal Gardner's game-high 29 points.

Anthony Tsegakele had 14 points and nine boards in the first half, which was closed in style by Sultan Haider Bhatti as the sophomore hit a running jumper off one leg to send the crowd and Bobcat bench into a frenzy and the Bobcats into the break with a 40-37 lead.

The Bobcats continued to score at a torrid pace in the second half, running to the victory.

Tsegakele finished with another double-double (16 pts, 13 rebs). Khari Ojeda-Harvey had another impressive performance, finished with 14 points, seven assists and four steals.

Elisha Ampofo had 12 points off the bench while Bhatti finished with eleven and seven rebounds.

Kevin Ibula had 11.

Avery Hutcheson had a team-high 10 rebounds.

The Horns fall to 1-4 on the season while the Bobcats continue rolling. After dropping the season opener, the 'Cats now sit at 4-1.

The two teams will re-group quickly ahead of Saturday's rematch.
