Bringing her wealth of experience and success as an athlete, Paige Crozon joined the University of Lethbridge Women’s Basketball team in 2020, becoming the program’s third ever Lead Assistant Coach.
Originally from Humboldt, Saskatchewan, Paige had a very successful playing career at every level she competed at.
Crozon was a four-year starter and a two-year captain at the University of Utah in the NCAA. The leading scorer (13.1 ppg) and rebounder (8.2 rpg) in 2016, Crozon became the 27th player in the Utes history to score 1000 career points.
She was named All-Conference Honorable Mention for the PAC-12 in 2016 and was also a three-time PAC-12 All-Academic. She then played professionally in Germany for the Saarlouis Royals.
Internationally, Crozon has competed for Canada on multiple occasions, including at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, 2017 FISU Games, U-17 Cadet World Championships and the U-19 Junior World Championships.
Paige is still representing Team Canada at the highest level, as she is a current member of the National 3X3 team, that has represented the country all over the world and is considered one of the top teams in the world, finishing second overall in the 2019 FIBA Women’s Series.
Paige was also one of 16 coaches that have been selected throughout the country in any sport to be named to the 2020 Canadian Association of Canada Enhanced Female Mentorship Program. She also coached with the Saskatchewan Rattlers in the Men’s CEBL league, as an assistant coach in 2021 and is a trained NCCP Train to Compete Coach.
