Male Athlete of the Week: 

Taylor Gal – Men’s Hockey 

Second-year Pronghorn Taylor Gal was in on five of the six ‘Horns goals scored this past weekend in the teams weekend split with the UBC Thunderbirds. 

Gal scored 1 once and assisted on the other two other goals in the ‘Horns 4-3 shootout Victory. He also recorded three shots on goal and was a plus-1. 

In the series finally Saturday night, Gal scored twice in the ‘Horns 5-3 loss. He also recorded three shots on goal and was a plus-1. 

Through four games this season, Gal sits fourth in conference scoring with 6 points and is tied for the goal scoring lead with 4.
