Lethbridge – Following two close losses on the road last weekend, the Lethbridge Pronghorn men's basketball team returns to the 1
st Choice Savings Centre floor this weekend to host a pair of Pacific Division teams.
Friday night, the 'Horns host the UBC – Okanagan Heat, followed by a match-up with the Thompson River WolfPack Saturday. Tip-offs are scheduled for 8:00pm Friday and 7:00pm Saturday. Both games will also be streamed live on

The two losses last weekend to the Winnipeg Wesmen, by a combined six points, dropped the 'Horns back to .500 on the season at 3-3.
Despite the two losses, the 'Horns are still among the top five offensive teams in the conference, averaging 79.3 points, and lead the conference in free throw percentage (78.8%) and assists (121). At the defensive end of the floor, the 'Horns are ranked eighth in Canada West at 75.5 points per contest.
Continuing to rely on a balanced attack, the 'Horns have five players averaging double digits in points with Morgan Duce leading the way with a 14.2 points per game average. Logan Reiter (14.0), newcomers Jared Baker (13.5), Brandon Brine (11.3) and Brent Watkins (10.8) are the other 'Horns averaging double digit points thus far.
It has been a rocky start to the 2013-14 season for the Heat and they dropped to 0-6 on the season after being swept by the Victoria Vikes last weekend. The Heats' major struggles thus far have been at the offensive end of the floor. They rank last in points per game, scoring just 61.5 points per game on average.
Only two players average double digits for the Heat and they are led by Yassine Ghomari's 13.8 points per game.
Coming off a sweep of the usual Canada West title contender UBC Thunderbirds last weekend, the Thompson River WolfPack are off to an impressive 4-2 start.
Solid at both ends of the court, the WolfPack are ranked second offensively, averaging 81.3 points per game, while also being the fourth best defensive team. Thompson Rivers is only allowing 68.5 points a night, thus the third best scoring margin in the conference at +12.8.
The WolfPack rely heavily on a trio of players offensively and are led by Ta'Quan Zimmerman, who is third in the conference in scoring at 20.5 points per contest.
