Kenton Dulle scored for the Huskies in regulation and Brennan Bosch netted the double ot winner. Corbin Karl earned Lethbridge's only goal.

Lethbridge was looking to bounce back and split the weekend series after a tough loss, Friday night. Each team made great plays and, as a result, earned some solid scoring chances early on.

Tim Campbell and Mitch Maxwell each came close for the Horns, who seemed to be playing a tighter and more offensively-minded game than the previous night and the Huskies' Zak Stebner unloaded a couple hard blasts of his own from the point but he wouldn't manage to crack Tait.

After a scoreless first period, both teams came out hard in the second, in a heated race to crack the score sheet. Bailey had a golden opportunity on the doorstep but couldn't follow through. Stebner and Bosch continued to test the Lethbridge keeper, but neither could convert.

With Cass Mappin and Daniel Iwanski in on a 2-on-1, Mappin drew back and fired a quick wrister on net and the Horns' captain quickly grabbed the loose rebound. Iwanski's shot looked like it had Voth beat, blocker side, but in true highlight-reel fashion, the Huskies net-minder narrowly made the save with his stick to keep the game scoreless.

With a little less than three minutes remaining in the period, Guillaume Naud's shot on net from the point was denied by Voth but Karl managed to get his stick on the rebound, enough to let off a screened shot low blocker side to put the Horns up 1-0. Mitch Maxwell nearly followed up with an insurance goal in the final minute of play but his shot from just outside the crease went wide.

Shots were close after two periods of play, with the home team holding a slight edge, 20-18.

The Huskies knotted things up just about seven minutes into the third. Dulle got his stick on the puck in front of the net and quickly snuck one past Tait for his ninth of the season.

Derek Hulak and linemate Jesse Ross each had great chances with the man advantage but Tait stood tall to diffuse the aggressive attack. Cox' shot through traffic also looked promising but, once again, Tait closed the door.

This game needed extra time. Neither team would manage to convert in the first overtime period but Bosch rose to the occasion and netted the ever-elusive winner a minute into 3-on-3 play.

With this win the Huskies improve to 12-9-1 CW while the Horns sit at 2-17-3 CW. Next weekend, the Horns will have a bye before traveling to Edmonton to face the Alberta Golden Bears in two weeks' time while the Huskies will also have next weekend off before hosting the top ranked Calgary Dinos
