LETHBRIDGE – Proving to be one of the most potent attacks in Canada West this season, the Lethbridge Pronghorn men's basketball team travels to Edmonton looking to avenge a playoff exit at the hands of Canada West finalist, the Alberta Golden Bears.

Last season, the Bears eliminated the Pronghorns in the Canada West semi-final, sweeping the Pronghorns two games straight.
A look at the teams:
On the road last weekend, the Pronghorns (4-0) easily handled the UBCO Heat to run their unbeaten streak to four. The Pronghorns beat the Heat 114-64 and 121-73.
Through four conference games, the Pronghorns are ranked tops in team offence, averaging 105.8 points per game. The Pronghorns are also getting it done at the defensive end of the floor, allowing a conference low 67.5 points against.
The Pronghorns are also ranked first in Canada West in field goal percentage (52.8%), three point percentage (42.1%), three pointers made per game (12.8), free throws per game (25), free throws made per game (18), assists per game (20) and steals per game (11.3).
Last year's Canada West finalist, the Golden Bears (3-3) have had an up-and-down start to the season. After losing only one conference game last year, the Bears split a series last weekend versus Fraser Valley and were swept by the Calgary Dinos the week prior.
Statistically, the Bears are ranked second behind the Pronghorns defensively, allowing 68.8 points per game. Offensively, the Bears sit ninth in Canada West, scoring 83.2 points per game.
One of the better rebounding teams in Canada West, the Bears are ranked first in offensive rebounds (17.3) and rebound margin per game (13.5).
Players to watch:
Mike Pierzchala and Zac Overwater have led the Pronghorns potent attack thus far and both sit in the top five on the Canada West scoring list. Pierzchala sits third, averaging 21.3 points per game, while Zac Overwater is fifth with 20.8 points per game.
Overwater is also in the top 10 in Canada West rebounding, averaging 7.5 rebounds per game.
For the Bears, 2018 Canada West First-Team All-Star Brody Clarke leads the way, averaging 16.5 points per game and leads Canada West in rebounding with 11.7 rebounds.
Ivan Ikomey and Tyus Jefferson sit tied for second in Bears scoring, averaging 11.2 points.
