Male Athlete of the Week:
Morgan Brownjohn – Men’s Soccer
Fourth-year midfielder Morgan Brownjohn led the way offensively last weekend as the Pronghorn men’s soccer team earned six points, sweeping the home-and-home series with the Calgary Dinos.
Saturday afternoon at home, Brownjohn stepped up after a teammate was taken down in the box and converted the penalty kick for the only goal of the game in a 1-0 win over the Dinos.
In the back half of the series in Calgary, Brownjohn scored the game’s opening goal, which proved to be the game winner in the ‘Horns 2-0 win.
