Lethbridge – The Lethbridge Pronghorn women's hockey team will look to get back in the win column this weekend, playing southern Alberta rival Calgary Dinos in a home-and-home series starting in Calgary Friday night.
The 'Horns will return home Saturday night to host the Dinos at Nicholas Sheran Arena. Puck drops at 7:00pm. Both games will be streamed live on

Home ice has not been kind to the Pronghorns (1-4-0-1) thus far this season. Last weekend the 'Horns lost both games to the Saskatchewan Huskies, moving their home record to 0-4, but on the road it has been a different story.
Two weeks ago in Regina, the 'Horns beat the Cougars game one and lost the second on in overtime to earn four of a possible six points.
Despite missing the first two games of the season, second-year goaltender Alicia Anderson leads Canada West in saves with 202. She also holds a solid 2.75 goals-against-average and a sparkling 0.946 save percentage.
Offensively, the 'Horns have scored the fewest goals in the conference through three weekends with eight. Fifth-year forwards Sarah Spence and Jenae Culp lead the team with three points apiece. Spence has two goals and an assist, while Culp has three assists.
The Dinos (0-4-1-1) are also off to a slow start this season with an overtime win and an overtime loss as their only points this season. Last weekend, the Dinos beat the Mount Royal Cougars 3-2 in overtime before falling 2-1 in regulation the next night.
The Dinos have allowed the most goals against in Canada West this season, surrendering 20 goals in six games. The Dinos have only scored one more goal that the 'Horns and have nine goals for so far.
Like the 'Horns, a pair of Dinos lead the team in scoring with three points. Audrey Buston has two goals and an assist, while Rachel Paul has recorded a goal and two assists.
The 'Horns will remain on home ice next weekend, hosting the conference leading UBC Thunderbirds for a pair of games.
