Lethbridge – With only three weeks remaining the Canada West season, the Lethbridge Pronghorn men's soccer team faces a must win set of games this weekend, hosting the Saskatchewan Huskies for a pair of games at the University Community Stadium.

Kick-off for both games is scheduled for 2:15 and will be streamed live on www.canadawest.tv.

Coming off their bye weekend, the Pronghorns (3-6-1) trail the Huskies by seven points for the final playoff spot in the Prairie Division and with only six games remaining it is imperative that they gain points on the Huskies this weekend.

Through 10 games this season, the 'Horns have scored 14 goals while allowing 21 against and enter the weekend looking to build off a win over the UBC Thunderbirds 3-2 in their last action two weeks ago.

Stephen Primeau and Kendell Wiens lead the 'Horns in scoring with three goals apiece, but the 'Horns have six players who have scored at least one goal. Nico Pasquotti is third in Canada West in assists with six.

After starting the season winless in their first four games, the Saskatchewan Huskies (5-3-2) are the hottest team in the conference, winners of four in a row and unbeaten in six games. The Huskies put some distance between themselves and the 'Horns last weekend by sweeping the Winnipeg Wesman with wins of 3-0 and 4-2.

Like the Pronghorns, the Huskies rely on a balanced attack and have eight players who have scored at least one goal, but are led by Jacob Powell's four markers.

For Saturday's game, the coaching staff of the men's soccer program will coach shoeless in support of the Right to Play 'Go Shoeless' campaign. In addition, players from the men's soccer will host a collection box at the front entrance and all proceeds from 50/50 on the weekend will be donated to Right to Play.

The 'Horns head out on the road next weekend before wrapping up the Canada West regular season the following week at home, hosting the Calgary Dinos and Mount Royal Cougars.
