LETHBRIDGE – The Lethbridge Pronghorns women's hockey team returns to home ice in a good measuring stick series, hosting the Saskatchewan Huskies for a pair of games at Nicholas Sheran Arena.
The Pronghorns and Huskies hit the ice Friday and Saturday at 7:00 pm. Both games will be streamed live on

A look at the teams:
Coming off their first loss of the season, the Pronghorns (3-1-0-0) sit in first place in Canada West, one point ahead of the Albert Pandas and Calgary Dinos, who are also 3-1-0-0 but both have an overtime win. All three of the Pronghorn wins have come in regulation time.
Through four games the Pronghorns have scored the second most goals in Canada West with 14 and have allowed eight against, which ranks them fifth.
Spreading the scoring throughout the line up, the Pronghorns have eight players that have scored at least one goal and 13 players have registered at least one point.
The trio of Kyra Greig, Eryn Johanson and Alli Borrow lead the Pronghorns with four points. Grieg and Johanson have two goals and two assists each, while Borrow leads the team with four assists.
Kianna Dietz leads the Pronghorns in goals with three, which also places her only one behind the conference leaders.
The Huskies (2-1-0-1) come to Lethbridge following an impressive weekend at home, earning four points versus the Alberta Pandas last weekend. The Huskies dropped a 3-2 decision in overtime Friday night, before handing the defending Canada West Champion Pandas their first loss of the season, 2-1 on Saturday in regulation.
Through two weekends of conference action, the Huskies have been involved in low scoring games, with three of four being decided by a single goal. Saskatchewan has only scored six goals for, half of which have come on the power play. The Huskies have also allowed only seven goals against.
For the Huskies, three players have accounted for all but one of their team's goals this season. Bailee Bourassa leads the Huskies with a goal and two assists and both Shayn Elias and Abby Shirley have two goals each.
