A look at the games

Women's Soccer
For the first time since 2017, the Pronghorn women's soccer team (0-3-0) will take on the UBCO Heat (1-2-1). The Heat have won the only two conference match ups between the two teams.

The Pronghorns are coming off a road trip to BC that saw the Pronghorns drop the first game to the Trinity Western Spartans before game two versus the UFV Cascades was cancelled due to air quality issues caused by wild fires in the area.

In their last action, the Heat lost 3-1 to the Saskatchewan Huskies before earning a 2-2 draw with the visiting Regina Cougars.

The Pronghorns will also be home Sunday afternoon to host the Thompson Rivers WolfPack (1-2-1).

Men's Soccer
Coming off the program's first win since 2017, the Pronghorn men's soccer team (1-4-0) will look to ride that momentum into Saturday's match up with always tough Trinity Western Spartans (3-2-1).

Following a loss to the Mount Royal Cougars last Saturday, the Pronghorns rebounded to pick up a hard fought 2-1 win over the Dinos, which included playing a man down for the final five minutes and injury time.

Last weekend, the Spartans suffered their first two losses of the season, dropping games on the road to the UBC Thunderbirds and Victoria Vikes.

Sunday afternoon, the Pronghorns will be back in action at 2:15pm versus the UNBC Timberwolves (2-3-1).

Women's Rugby
Following two straight road games, the Pronghorn women's rugby team (0-2-0) returns home for the first of two home games this season.

This past Saturday, the Pronghorns dropped a last minute 22-20 decision to the Alberta Pandas (1-0-0) and will look to enact some revenge on the Pandas this Saturday.

Having claimed three of four Suggitt Cups since in inception in 2017, the Pronghorns trail the Pandas after last Saturday's loss to the Pandas and will have to beat Alberta by more than two points to retain the Suggitt Cup.

All five games this weekend will be streamed live on www.canadawest.tv.
