Female Athlete of the Week:
 
Shelby Ballendine – Women’s Hockey
Senior forward Shelby Ballendine continues to lead the way offensively for the CIS ninth ranked Pronghorn women’s hockey team and was a key to the ‘Horns road split in Regina.

Ballendine scored the lone goal Friday night in the team’s 3-1 loss to the Regina Cougars. She also led all players with 8 shots on goal.

The next night, Ballendine assisted on the ‘Horns first three goals as the ‘Horns rebounded with a 4-0 victory in the weekend finale.

Through 12 games this season, Ballendine sits fifth on the conference scoring list with five goals and six assists.
