Over the weekend, Zina Umeh delivered a remarkable performance in the Rugby 7s tournament hosted by the UBC Thunderbirds. She scored four tries, playing a pivotal role in the team’s hard-fought tournament. Her agility and speed were on full display, allowing her to breach the opposition’s defenses and earning a spot on the tournament’s Canada West Dream Team.
